Spiritual Wellness​
My name is Coreen Ward and I invite you to journey towards your spiritual core through self, source and community. Together, we can move coreward.

I love integrative functional medicine and the study of the human body. Finding the root cause was always the goal within my work.
​
Through applied kinesiology, I began to see patterns emerge. "Root Cause" is deeper than what our human bodies contain. Dysfunctional emotions and fragmented spiritual connections embed into our bodily organs can cause weakness in energy or even illness to permeate.
​
Every organ in our body has a corresponding frequency. Emotions have frequencies ranging from negative to positive. When we harbor negative emotions, we store these low frequencies within the body. Low frequencies can shift and change our organ frequency, making us vulnerable to dysfunction.
​
When the body and spirit feel safe to release these emotions then we have room to heal. Our body mirrors our spirit which holds our deepest connection to God and self. The emotions surrounding this connection affect every living cell in our being.

Acknowledging this is my path. I now target emotional/spiritual dysfunction first. The disconnect within your spiritual core is the "Root Cause"

Moving coreward is moving towards the core of you and acknowledging the connections that need nourishment. Together we will work on, God inspired, deep inner healing to move one step closer to true core strength.

About Me
My life has been full of amazing adventures. God has gifted me with the spiritual gift of discernment and words of knowledge for as long as I can remember.
I never knew this gift until later in life. I wrote it off as just being judgmental. Now, I realize judgment was not the word to describe my gift. Every day I try to connect more and open to the truth within me, taking any human criticism out of the equation. I use a remote version of applied kinesiology and allow God to do all the work.

Before every session, I pray a prayer of covering, align and connect to God truth, and surrender all expectations. This allows my connection to be pure and uncontaminated. After every session, I pray a closing prayer of gratitude and accountability. I make sure every word of knowledge within the session is God inspired and for the highest good of my client.

I feel it necessary to open a window into my personality and list my life experiences to show that we are an accumulation of all we have done yet much, much more. You may find inspiration, humor, or connection in this list. I hope it helps you realize that no matter where you have been or what you have done, there is a divine gift within you. We are all gifted.
